What are people opinions on the best knee sleevs?

I need something to keep them warm and compress the patella a wee bit.

Seems to be that Rehband seem to be popular along with Vlucan ones?

Rehband best overall sleeves in my opinion, but they don't give much compression, unless maybe you get a small size and squeezes into them. The fabric (single/double ply) ones give better compression. I get hassle with my patella on the right knee, and wear a double ply knee sleeve on that, and a rehband one on my left knee! Happy

To get enough compression to effectively aid my patella soreness the sleeves would be too tight to get on.

Double ply sleeves do the job at keeping my joints warm but do little to reduce the actual stabbing pain.

i like my rehbands more than i do my apt knee sleeves, for most things

however, the apt ones are good for things like yoke where a little mroe compression is good

Rehband sleeves are excellent, couldnt do without mine. The last pair I had were a size smaller than the ones I've got now and gave a fair bit more support. They were a bstrd to get on and i ended up busting the stitching on them though.

Main thing for me is the amount of heat they keep in the knees, my knees steam when i take them off and they smell a bit rank too, so they must be doing the job!!

I lvoe my rehbands.

As Jeff said, they are great at keeping the knees warm and provide a decent amount of support, although certainly not restrictive support. They wont put lbs on your lifts.

Sounds like the general concensus is Rehband - coolness thats what I was thinking anyway.

i don't need mega support, just a little compression and warmth so sounds like the way to go

Having said all that, mine are the original blue ones which I think are thicker than the newer ones.

the new ones are fine

the blue ones are slightly thicker, but its 7mm v 5mm i think, so the differenc is negligible
