I heard it's 400kg deadlift reps, 150kg log reps, car walk, frame carry with straps, and 120-200kg stones. On the website it says keg toss though..??As for terry, I don't know how he will do tomorrow, obviously its a very tough line up but remember strength is only one aspect. Yes you have to be really strong to lift a 450kg frame and whatever but to those guys it's a speed event, log at 150kg is an endurance event etc The only two aspects that are really strength for those guys is the deadlift and the final stone depending on how slick it is and how hot the arena is. Again don't know how tel will do, just an observation on the events. Z looks in much better shape than recently but think ed will win log (let's not count out hixxy either), remember he will be going after everyone else due to winning the deadlift and he's said he has done a lot of reps in training. He also is a stronger log presser now imo, just hasn't had a max in comp to prove it. He did 160kg x 6 in 30 seconds a while back and he's lighter/fitter now. | ||

I am from Germany so i know what i talk about. Member 5171, 1049 posts SQ 217.5, BP 160, DL 233.5611.0 kgs @ 83kgs UnEq | Tomorrow there will be a new world record for 400kg for reps. It wasn't done in a competition anyway but the only two guys who did it, both got 5 reps. I think 6-7 are there for Eddie. Benni is also there but i can't estimate how good he is at deadstop reps with 400. | ||

There's no way he will only get 6-7, he did 5 at 400kg ages back with no belt, never mind suit. He's made improvements since then so that tells me that double figures is on the cards if he wants / needs it. | ||
