weekend - went to wales to hang out with mates who were doing mountain biking. had fantastic time, didnt do any cycling, but some hiking. I talked a lot about doing hill sprints.

Aye i survived the t-shirt - only just! Rules of the game have well and truly changed at adders, i need to remember to take a towel with me, its like a bloody sauna!

milsy, no adders on wed because deadlifting on saturday. Instead the plan is to sneak to sugden and nail some cardio Wink Or at least talk about nailing some cardio...

i think 5x100 is a pb of sorts, though it doesnt count because i havent really tried it before. It wasnt that hard actually, maybe could have nailed one or two more if i didnt have to think about the shoulder.

But hey, i was planning not to do the overhead on saturday just not willing to risk it for the comp in less than 2 weeks time. but now thinking about it, maybe the risk is not really there...

Don't think all the intreprid readers of your log don't know what's going on mate. Every time you have a competition lined up you all of a sudden pick up a big injury and frighten them into thinking you'll have to pull out.

Everyone is expecting to see you lift an overhead PB, there will be people waving Finland Flags, shouting "THE BULL, THE BULL, THE BULL" and munching on packets of pea protein enhanced crisps - you are the leader of many, step upto the plate.

I really need to get onto those mini-banded resister EZ Bar Curls again, they make your biceps EXPLODE!
