Right, its about time I got back to filling out the old log. I have been training all the time, ive just been a lazy bas***d and not been posting for a while! Watching SSM 2 has given me the inspiration i needed to return!!!

So here goes....Training for the Northern U105's

Monday 8th March

Raw Squats

70 x 10
120 x 8
170 x 5

Box squats with belt and knee wraps(not done these before so just trying them out)
170 x 5
170 x 5
170 x 8

Leg Press (dunno the weight of the machine so weights only)
150 x 10
200 x 10
250 x 10
300 x 10

Hamstring curls
65 x 10
75 x 10
85 x 10
90 x 10

Hanging leg raise twists
2 x 20

Cable crunches
3 x 20

Medicine Ball throws
1 x 20

Done!

Training on me tod tonight coz Jack Mac havin some sort of voodoo massage or sumat.

10 mins warm up on bike

Push Press
Bar x 10
50 x 10
70 x 5
80 x 5
100 x 5
110 x 3

Strict press
50 x 5
70 x 5
Fooked, so left it there, bit weird training on me own, dont tend to rest long enough between sets.

Dumbell Press
27.5 x 10 x 3

Lateral raises
10 x 8
12.5 x 8
15 x 8

Ez bar curls (dunno bar weight)
20 x 10
30 x 10
40 x 10

Hammer curls
17.5 x 10 x 3

Various core exercises
6 sets

All done.

I know what you mean with the training alone thing and low rest.
Usually what I do is just load up the next weight and within 10 seconds of that do that set.
