wonder what up with my shoulder ?

I cant:

do normal grip benchpress
do a military press
'catch' a pushpress on my shoulders (i let it fall all the way)
without a sick pain (pphsyk)

i suspect squats isnt doing it any favours ,doesnt hurt atall any other time ,just when at certain angles , i think its one of the deltoid heads ,if there is such a thing !! LOL ,thank f**k for a bit of a rest ,im falling to bits ...

pilates - 45mins

recorded a programme off lamuscle tv !! had some really good tips - one of them had my legs YOUR SEX IS ON FIRE , damn i had to stop n rest whilst 3 skinny birds sauntered thru it !!

You staying under 90kg and doing 105's too! Good going mate. The 105 comps look heavy! Good luck with your recovery too. Any power lifting next year, or are you sticking to Strongman?
What's REPS like these days. I've not been since Ironman opened in 2000. It remember it being a good place to train. I trained there for years, in all it's diiferent locations.

yea pete - i went when it was at maitland st ,then its short move further down the road and i went to the new place at roman way for a while till it got to expensive ... its just the same , steve is his usual cheery self !

Back has been hunky dory ! although I havn't done any deadlifting the powercleans were fine - and with 3 months to go till christmas ,I'll be good as new come new year !!

decided to not worry too much about getting 'a bit fat' in the next 2 months ,i think holding strength/muscle is more important,although im staying away from the kids chocky + crisps.

BoarJohn, surely adding some clean calories to your diet won't make you significantly fat, especially not in two months and given your high energy expenditure - while helping you get stronger?

I cant just add clean calories beard , i just cant do it , i have to try to keep the junk to a minimum (i dont eat that much,but i aint kim n aggy clean)

pilates - 45 mins 'intermediate'

some of the basic things like sit cross legged with spine nice and erect - i cant do very well !! and some of the leg things really test my leg patience !

45 minutes of pilates fair play ,10 minutes and Ive had enough, have you tried the threading the needle stretch ,its fooking brilliant for releasing the lower back!
