Olympic weightlifting competition with snatch and clean and jerk. The competition is "unofficial" but normal weightlifting rules apply (apart from needing to have a singlet). Experienced weightlifting referee will be present.
Open to all ages, standards, and skill levels. If you ever wanted to try weightlifting, or are making a comeback, or could use some platform experience, now is your chance.
During the interval between snatch and clean & jerk a log lifting challenge will take place. Three attempts for maximum weight. Again, open to all levels, ages and standards. Come and break your PBs! Refereed according to normal strongman log lifting rules.
