Competition Information

As usual this event will be inclusive of both classic powerlifting (Saturday) and equipped powerlifting (Sunday).
The competition covers all recognised GBPF age groups and weight categories.
There are no qualification standards.
This will be an ENGLAND team selection event for the following 4 Nations Championships.
Entry forms are available to download from http://www.englishpowerlifting.co.uk/#!competitions/cjpp
s usual a unique event T shirt will be given to all competitors.
Numbers are limited by the time available.
